Q1. What’s the material of toy products?
A: Most of our toys are made of plastic. The common types of plastic we use are PP, PE, PS, ABS, HIPS, HDPE, etc.
Q2. Are the functions changeable?
A: Sure. We could mix all the functions according to your favourite.
Q3. What if we wanna develop new toys?
A: An original sample and design drawing is needed for us to open a new mold. We’ll send it to you immediately for your confirmation.
Q4. How often will you launch new products?
A: We are continuous to issue new designs every month.
Q5. Things about samples
Sample Charge: It depends on how many samples you're ready to order.
Samples Lead Time: We could sent you immediately if the products you want is what we show in our website. Otherwise, it will takes about 1 month to make new developments.
Q6. What’s the minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is only 5 outer cartons.
Q7. Can I adjust the packing by myself?
A: Yes, of course. We could pack goods as your customized size, weight and logo as well.
Q8. Have you got any certificate for your toys?
A: Our product’s quality meets international toy safety standards such as En71, R&TTE, 50088, CE, ASTM, WEEE & RoHS, and CCC.
Q9. What is CCC Certificate?
A: CCC or 3C is short for China Compulsory Certification, this certification was issued on May 1st ,2002 , aiming to guarantee the personal safety of customers and national security. It’s a practical way to prevent the crudely made products from entering the market.
Q10. What’s the difference between the functions of 3ch &4ch r/c airplane?
A: Both of the 3ch & 4ch r/c airplane are able to fly forward and backward, turn left and right, fly upward and downward, however, 4ch r/c airplane distinguishes itself by crabbing.
Q11. How does the transaction work?
A: Firstly you confirm the order and pay the deposit, then we will immediately make your products according to your order confirmation form.
Q12. How about the shipping?
A: The goods can be delivered by air or by sea. The transport time is approximately 5 days by air and 15-30 days by sea. The shipping costs depend on the weight or volume of your products. Air charge is different for different countries.
Q13. Do you pay for the shipping or it is the customer who pays for the shipping?
A: It is the customer who pays for the shipping. We provide you with the quotation only on our merchandises, nevertheless, we take care of the customer and provide him/her with the most economic rates on shipping.
Q14. How to pay?
A: Please transfer (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank. 50% of the total payment should be paid in advance, if you place a rush order, full payment is necessary before delivery.
Q15. How is the after-sales service?
A: Rensino's sales reps or customer service staff are always here when you need us. Your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.
